How do I check the status of my My Aged Care application?

You can check the status of your application or assessment by logging into your My Aged Care Online Account using your my Gov credentials.

You can check the status of your application or assessment by logging into your My Aged Care Online Account using your my Gov credentials. 


Alternatively, you can track the progress of your application by calling My Aged Care directly on 1800 200 422. 

Through the online portal, you can: 

  • View your current care approvals and application status 

  • Check the progress of your assessment 

  • Find your Aged Care ID number 

  • Review your support plan and assessment result letters 

If you haven't heard from the assessment organisation after two weeks, or if you need help navigating your online portal, it is highly recommended to give them a call.
