1. What Local Home Help Provides
Local Home Help is a platform that helps families understand aged care options and explore providers in their area.
We offer:

A public listing for your service

Visibility within the Care Navigator

Opportunities for families to contact you
We do not guarantee leads, enquiries, or client outcomes.
2. Simple Engagement Model
Our approach is straightforward:

All providers can be listed on Local Home Help

Paid listings allow you to enhance your profile with more complete, current, and detailed information

If you stop paying, your listing will revert to a standard (free) listing

No lock-in contracts
-
No long-term commitments
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
2.1. How Listings Are Presented
Listings are shown based on relevance to a user’s needs, location, and the information available.
Providing complete and up-to-date information helps ensure your service can be accurately represented.
3. Fees

Fees are billed monthly as agreed

Enhanced listing features remain active while payments are up to date

If payment stops, your listing will revert to a standard listing
4. Your Responsibilities

5. No Guarantees
Local Home Help does not guarantee:

Ranking or positioning

6. Our Right to Remove Listings
We may remove or suspend a listing at any time if:

Information is misleading or inaccurate

The provider is non-compliant

There are complaints or concerns about conduct

The listing no longer aligns with the platform
Where possible, we will communicate openly and fairly.
7. Ending the Agreement
Either party can end this agreement at any time.

8. Relationship
Local Home Help is an independent platform.
We are not:

A referral or brokerage service
