Why one provider may appear before another

A provider may appear earlier because its recorded services, coverage, funding arrangements or management model align more closely with the circumstances described. This is a relevance judgment for that search, not an overall quality rating.

What does not influence Liz

• Payment for placement in organic or personalised results
• Provider advertising or sponsorship spend
