Your Liz conversation is temporary. Raw conversation data and the personal context derived from it are removed from active Local Home Help data after 30 days without activity, subject to limited backup and legal requirements.
You choose what lasts. Providers or other information you deliberately save to My Home Care are kept separately until you remove them or close your account.
Providers do not see your Liz conversation. If you choose to contact a provider, you review the message before anything is shared.
